There is so much useless construction on Route 9 so you wonder why they can't rent out more stores here. It's a lifestyle mall, outdoors. Lots of potential for either shops or outlet stores. Most are vacant. Even the movie theater is usually not crowded. It would be nice if the town's of Fishkill and Wappingers would encourage businesses to open in the town center instead of building more difficult to enter and exit strip malls on 9.
